About

A volunteer-work based nonprofit that aims to cultivate literacy, wellness, and economic stability among students to help bring a sense of self-awareness and boost confidence to the future of the business world.

Research shows that engaging families in education is critical not only to a child’s success, but to the entire family’s economic and social well-being. The Black Academy  encourages family education solutions across three approaches by engaging families, educators, administrators, and advocates to boost results and ultimately reduce education deficiencies.
Our work supports multi-generational learning for families from early childhood through adult education.
